Prestižní BAFTA Games Awards 2026 znají své vítěze. Český klenot Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 od Warhorse Studios si odnáší cenu za nejlepší příběh. Porazil Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle i The Alters. Hlavní cenu za nejlepší hru roku 2025 ale získal právě francouzský hit Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, který bodoval také v prosinci na The Game Awards 2025.

Kromě hlavní ceny si Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 odneslo také ocenění za debut roku a uspělo i v herecké kategorii. Jennifer English získala cenu za nejlepší hlavní roli díky postavě Maelle.

Vedle hlavního triumfátora bodovaly i další očekávané tituly. Death Stranding 2: On the Beach získalo cenu za umělecké zpracování, zatímco Ghost of Yōtei uspělo hned ve dvou kategoriích – za technické zpracování a hudbu.

Ocenění za dlouhodobou podporu si odnesl No Man's Sky, rodinnou kategorii ovládlo Lego Party! a nejlepší novou značkou se stal South of Midnight.

Večer doprovodila i řada známých tváří. Mezi předávajícími se objevil například Charlie Cox nebo Abubakar Salim. Hudební kategorii předával skladatel David Arnold, který zároveň představil titulní skladbu k připravované hře 007: First Light nazpívanou Lana Del Rey.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance je dvoudílná série. Druhý díl vyšel v únoru 2025 a za necelý rok prodal po celém světě pět milionů kusů. Značka se rozšiřuje do komiksů, koncertů nebo turismu.
